Richard Greenwald, PhD

Dr. Greenwald is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Simbex in Lebanon, New Hampshire. He is the founder of Simbex and was founding CEO of venture-funded iWalk (now BionX). Dr. Greenwald currently leads two federally funded technology and product development centers, the Center for Translation of Rehabilitation Engineering Advances and Technology and the New England Pediatric Device Consortium. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Duke University, a Master of Science in Engineering from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, and a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Utah.

Dr. Greenwald joined the Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) Board of Trustees in 2019 and brings years of experience and expertise in medical engineering and business.
