Jess Cheney, BSN, RN Director of Home Health and Hospice for Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) joined VNH in December 2020.
Cheney is responsible for the oversight, growth, and development of Medicare-certified home health care services and related clinical programs. She will lead a team of interdisciplinary managers, clinical and administrative members to manage all aspects of the program including fiscal, quality, regulatory compliance, team growth and development, and community needs. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Norwich University.
Prior to joining VNH, Jess was the Ambulatory Nurse Manager, 5C Sub-Specialty Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and holds certifications in epilepsy nurse training and as a nurse preceptor.
