Tracy Bach is a Visiting Professor at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and an Adviser at the Center for Business, Government and Society and Revers Center for Energy at Tuck School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University, a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota, and Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Minnesota.
Tracy joined the Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) Board of Trustees in 2017 brings years of experience and expertise in town government, mergers and acquisitions, and education.
